Controls: Controls are located in a console mounted on top of the oven directly above the work chamber. A Partlow digital temperature controller, Partlow digital high limit, control switches with indicating lights and a process timer are flush mounted in the face of the control console. Motor starters, fuses, relays, high limit and control contactors are mounted and wired in the console.

Description: Double doors with Brixon spring tension latches and silicon rubber gasket for a good door seal. A door limit switch cuts power to the heating elements when door is opened. Stainless steel interior with a steel plate floor. There are 9 shelf brackets on 6" centers, 3 shelves are supplied with the oven. Coiled style heating elements and a direct driven circulating fan are located behind the work area. Heated air is circulated through the chamber in a vertical pattern from bottom to top. A powered exhaust fan is mounted on top of the oven.
