Description: This oven has double doors on one end with a cam action bar latch on the right hand door. Aluminized steel interior with semi-pierced diffuser panels located on both sidewalls and the rear wall. Incoloy heating elements are located on the top of the oven towards the rear wall. Air flow is comp./horizontal. Powered exhauster mounted on top of the oven.
