Single door with Brixon spring tension latches with door limit switch and high temperature ceramic fiber gasket for an excellent door seal. Stainless steel interior with an insulated floor. Perforated air duct panels are located on both sides. Tubular style heating elements and belt driven circulating fan are located above the work chamber. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. A fresh air inlet is located on the front wall. A powered exhauster is mounted on top of the oven. This oven is designed for use with some solvents. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are located in an enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven. There is a Partlow model 1462 digital temperature controller a Yokogawa UT150L digital high limit controller and Partlow circular recorder. Pushbuttons and signal lights for on/off etc., high limit contactors, Ametek SCR, motor starters, fuses, relay etc. are mounted and wired inside the enclosure. Heating elements are wired in three (3) banks (54kW, 36kW, 54 kW) which provides the option of operating the oven at reduced power or full power. A fused disconnect switch is mounted on the side of the oven.
