Mounted and wired in an enclosure mounted to the right-hand side of the oven includes a Honeywell UDC 3000 digital temperature controller and high limit. Honeywell digital round chart recorder for recording time at temperature. Fused disconnect is mounted on the side of this oven. Solid state relays control power to the heating elements.
