Standard "Despatch" cabinet oven with single swing door, silicon rubber door gasketing and dual door latches to prevent heat loss. Heating elements and recirculating fan are located under the work area. Heated air is distributed horizontally through the heating area. There are adjustable air louvers on both sidewalls. This oven has fresh air inlet mounted on the side of the oven. There is a gravity exhaust vent and explosion relief hatch mounted on top of the oven. This oven will accept eight (8) shelves, two (2) shelves are included. Tested & Ready to Ship

Mounted and wired in an enclosure with fused disconnect includes a Despatch/Partlow 1422 digital temperature controller and a Despatch/Partlow 1162 digital high limit. This oven has control switches for recirculating fan, heater on. SSR controls power to the heating elements.
