Grieve Conveyor Oven, 30"W x 15"H x 10'L, Electric, 400°F

Continuous variable speed belt conveyor oven with a flat wire belt. Oven has a 7' long loading area prior to the 120" long heated section. Following the heated area is a 4' long unload table. The belt driven circulating fan and tubular style heating elements are located above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a top - down pattern over the belt. Adjustable louvers are located in the top and bottom air plenum for good uniform heating. A powered exhaust fan is also mounted above the work area.

Controls are located in an enclosure attached to the side of the oven. Honeywell UDC digital temperature controller, United Electric non indicating high limit safety control, control switches with indicating lights for the circulating fan, exhaust fan, conveyor and heat are flush mounted in the enclosure. Motor starters, control and high limit contactors, fuses, relays are mounted inside the enclosure. A belt speed controller is also flush mounted in the enclosure.
