Single door with silicone rubber gasket and Brixon spring tension latches for a good door seal. Stainless steel interior with 7 shelf brackets on 3" centers, 2 shelves are supplied with the oven. Coiled style heating elements are located on each side wall behind the air duct side panels. Direct driven circulating fan is mounted through the rear wall. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal front to back pattern for good uniform heating. An exhaust vent with slide gate damper is located on top of the oven.

Controls are located in a console cabinet mounted on top of the oven. A new Watlow PM series digital temperature controller, Love non indicating high limit and control switches with indicating lights are flush mounted in the face of the control console. High limit contactor, solid state power relay, motor starter, fuses, relays, etc. are mounted inside the console. A 0 - 5-hour process timer is also mounted in the control console.
