48"W x 72"H x 48"L, Grieve B1H-500, Electric Walk-In/Cabinet Oven, 500°F

This oven has double doors on one end with "Brixon" door latches and NEW tadpole ceramic fiber gasketing for a good door seal. Heated air is circulated horizontally through the work chamber via rear mounted 2 HP circulating fan and tubular style heating elements. This oven has seven (7) shelf brackets on 8" centers. Three (3) shelves are included with this oven. Oven data tag states this oven is dual voltage and will operate at 460V. Oven is currently wired for 230V. Oven has been tested and is ready to ship.

Controls are mounted and wired in an enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven includes a Partlow 1400+ digital temperature controller and a Partlow analog high limit. Panel is complete with control switches, signal lights, motor starter, fuses, contactors etc.
