Lanly Conveyor Oven 44" Wide Belt, Gas Fired, 400°F, Solvent Rated, LIKE NEW

Continuous variable speed conveyor oven with a 1" x 1" stainless steel flat wire belt. Conveyor belt speed is .4 to 4 FPM. Oven has a 64" long loading area prior to 24' long heated section. Following the heated area is a 9' long unload table. The 16,000 CFM @ 15 HP circulating fan is located above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a top - down pattern over the conveyor belt. A 3600 CFM @ 5 HP powered exhaust fan is mounted on top of the oven along with a 10,000 CFM @ 10 HP cooling fan. Mounted in a top mounted heater box includes a Maxon APX1 1,000,000 BTU/HR package burner with spark ignition and Honeywell flame safety.

Controls are located in an enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the side of the oven. Allen Bradley PLC w/HMI touchscreen interface controls are functions of this oven. Motor starters, Allen Bradely PowerFlex VFD's for conveyor belt and circulating fan etc are mounted inside this enclosure.
