Single door has Brixon spring tension latches and 2 woven fiberglass tadpole style gaskets for a good door seal. Stainless steel interior with 5 shelf brackets on 6" centers, 2 shelves are supplied with the oven. New tubular style heating elements are located behind work chamber. Belt driven circulating fan is mounted through the rear wall. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal front to back airflow pattern through the chamber for good uniform heating. A powered exhaust fan is mounted on top of the oven. *** Oven has been tested and is ready for immediate shipment.

Controls are located in a control console located on top of the oven. There is a Honeywell UDC -3000 digital temperature controller and a Honeywell UDC-2300 digital high limit controller . Start / Stop push buttons with indicating lights for the exhaust fan and circulating fan and a selector switch with indicating light for the heat are flush mounted in the top console. Control and high limit contactors, motor starters, fuses, relay are mounted inside the control console.
