24"W x 5"H x 120"L, Thermal Basic Belt Temper, 900-F, Electric, 3 Zones

Continuous variable speed conveyor oven with a SS 1/2" x 1/2" flat wire belt. Oven has a 48" long load and a 48" long unload section. Three (3) top mounted circulating fans (3 Zones of Control) and heating elements are located above/below the work area. Heated air is circulated in a top - down pattern over the conveyor belt.

Controls are located in a free standing enclosure with fused disconnect. Three (3) Watlow "SD" digital temperature controllers (1 for each zone) and three (3) Watlow "EZ-ZONE" digital high limits. Control switches with indicating lights for the circulating fan, conveyor belt, etc. are flush mounted to the enclosure door. Motor starters, fuses, relays, Eurotherm SSR's, Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1200 PLC and DC conveyor drive control are mounted inside the enclosure. PLC logic is included with this oven.
