18"W x 4" High x 72" Long, New England Oven Belt Conveyor Oven, Electric, 850-F

Continuous variable speed conveyor oven with a fine mesh herringbone belt. Oven has a 30" long load end and 12" long unload end. Side mounted circulating fan with plug type heating element assembly mounted on top. Heated air is circulated in a top - down pattern over the conveyor belt.

Controls are located in a side mounted enclosure with fused disconnect. Eurotherm digital temperature controller and Watlow "Limit SD" and Watlow "Limit LV" digital high limits. Control switches with indicating lights for the circulating fan, etc. are flush mounted to the enclosure door. Motor starter, fuses, relays, Payne SCR and a Allen Bradley SLC 500 PLC are mounted inside the enclosure.
