Aluminized steel interior with 7 inch walls. Air ducting above and below the belt. The belt is supported by flat steel bar through the length of the oven. 1" x 1" wire on edge conveyor belt returns on the inside of the oven. Maxon Oven-Pak package burner with high volume circulating fan are located in separate doghouse above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a combination top/down air flow pattern for good uniform heating. Two (2) access doors are located on each side for access into the interior. This oven has a 6' long unload and 32" long load end. Oven is in excellent condition.

Controls are mounted in a free standing enclosure with fused disconnect. There are Honeywell UDC 2500 digital temperature controllers for temperature and high limit. Control switches with indicating lights for the circulating fan, combustion air, burner etc. are flush mounted in the door of the enclosure. Allen Bradley SLC 504 PLC and Honeywell Flame Safety. Allen Bradley VFD controls conveyor belt speed. E-Stop buttons are located on each end of the oven.
