NFPA 86 Class A Oven with double doors on one end, each door has heavy gauge strap hinges and Brixon spring tension latches. Silicon rubber gaskets provide a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with an insulated floor and floor tracks. Floor tracks are 4" wide (2" for wheels) on 52" centers. Punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls. The 5 HP belt driven high volume circulating fan mounts through the rear wall and includes tubular style heating elements located in a separate plenum. Heated air is circulated in a full horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. A powered exhaust fan is located on top of the oven. This oven is rated for solvents and has a Class A designation from the manufacturer. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are mounted and wired in a UL listed enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven. A Watlow F4 programmable/ramping digital temperature controller and a Partlow 1161+ digital high limits. Control switches with indicating lights for exhaust, recirculating fan, each element bank and purge complete are flush mounted to the face of the enclosure. Solid state relays, contactors, motor starters, fuses, purge timer and relays etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet. Heating elements are wired in three (3) separate banks which provides the option of operating the oven heat at 1/3 power for operating cost savings.
