Standard "Rotary Hearth" furnace with air operated vertical lift door, ceramic fiber insulation, radiant tubes, Eclipse burners, recouperators, roof mounted circulating furnace, flame curtain, poured castable hearth with variable speed and oil seal. Controls are mounted and wired in enclosures with fused disconnects attached to the furnace. Honeywell UDC 3300 digital temperature controller, Honeywell UDC 2300 digital high limit and SSi digital carbon controller. Flow meters for endo gas, natural gas and air.
