Single door with 3 cam action positive seal latches, silicon rubber door gasket with stainless steel interior. This oven has 8 shelf brackets and 6 shelves are included with this oven. Coiled style heating elements and circulating fan are located under the floor pan. Heated air is circulated horizontally across the chamber. Inert gas inlet is located at the blower shaft to ensure proper mixing and eliminates air being drawn into the chamber. Cooling blower is mounted under the chamber and blows air around the inner chamber for rapid cooling without loss of atmosphere. Oven has been tested and is ready to ship.

Controls are mounted and wired in a right-hand side mounted enclosure. There is a Blue M/Yokogawa PR0 550 digital programmable/ramping temperature controller, Blue M/Partlow analog high limit and Honeywell DR 4300 digital circular chart recorder. "CRYDOM" solid state relays, high limit contactor, motor starter etc are mounted inside this enclosure. Flush mounted to the face of the enclosure includes a toggle switch for power on/off, indicating lights for cooling, heat enable, chamber power and purge. Two flow meters, one for the oven chamber and one for the door "throat" opening. Chamber maintains a positive pressure to eliminate oxidation. Chamber pressure gauge and pressure relief valve.
