24"W x 9" High x 12' Long, Gruenberg/TPS, Electric, 450-F, 2 Zone w/Cooling

Two (2) zone continuous variable speed (.9 to 9 IN/MIN) conveyor oven with a 1" x 1" flat wire belt. Oven has a 12" long load section and 12" long unload section. Circulating fans and heating elements are mounted in a separate plenum above the belt. Each 72" long heated section has two (2) circulating fans. Heated air is circulated in a top - down pattern over the conveyor belt. Gravity exhaust ports and fresh air inlets are located on each sides of the oven. Manual and electrical drawings are included with the oven.

Controls are located in two (2) separate enclosures with fused disconnect attached to the side of the oven. Each zone has a Yokogawa UT 150 digital temperature control and a Yokogawa UT 150L digital high limit. Control switches with indicating lights for power on/off and heat on/off etc. flush mounted to each enclosure door. Motor starters, fuses, VFD, relays, Watlow "Din-a-mite" SSR's etc. mounted inside the enclosure.
