Grieve WTC6106-650 double door walk-in oven with doors on both ends. Doors have a woven fiberglass gasket and a spring tension latch for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with a steel plate floor. Punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and the roof which provides combination air flow pattern for good uniform heating. Top mounted heat chamber houses the package burner and 10 HP circulating fan. A powered exhaust blower is located on top of the oven. Oven motors will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are located in a “UL Rated” NEMA 12 enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the side of the oven. There is a Watlow F4 digital programmable/ramping temperature controller and a Yokogawa UT350L digital high-limit. Also, there is a Yokogawa digital strip chart recorder. Switches with signal lights etc.
