Despatch PSD3-38S-G solvent rated double door walk-in oven with doors on both ends. Doors have a woven fiberglass gasket and a spring tension latch for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with a steel plate floor. Adustable louvered air duct panels on both side walls which provides a horizontal air flow pattern for good uniform heating. Top mounted heat chamber houses the Eclipse package burner and 10 HP circulating fan. A powered exhaust blower is located on top of the oven. Oven motors will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are located in a free standing enclosure with fused disconnect. There is a Watlow F4 programmable/ramping temperature controller and Yokogawa UT 350L digital high limit. This oven also has a Yokogawa digital strip chart recorder and process timer. On/Off switches for recirculating fan, exhaust, burner etc are mounted to the face of the enclosure. Honeywell flame burner control, motor starters etc are mounted inside the enclosure.
