Description

Wisconsin Walk-In Oven with the enhanced energy package which includes an additional 2 inches of insulation. Double doors on one end with ceramic fiber gaskets and "BRIXON" spring latches provide a good seal. Oven floor is insulated and has 4" wide cart tracks on 32" centers. A roll-in cart is included with this oven. Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and ceiling. Tubular style heating elements and 3 HP circulating fan are located in a separate plenum above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a full combination (vertical and horizontal) pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. Circulating fan produces a total of 3,400 CFM. There is a 400 CFM, 1/2 HP powered exhauster and 6" fresh air inlet mounted on top of the oven. This oven is rated for use with some solvents. Drawings are included with this oven. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.


Controls are mounted and wired in a NEMA 12 enclosure with fused disconnect on the right-hand side of the oven. Controls include a Honeywell UDC digital programmable/ramping temperature controller and a Barber Colman Limitrol 7SL digital high limit mounted inside the enclosure. This oven has the Wisconsin "WATCH DOG" oven management system with digital timer and auto shutdown. Control switches with indicating lights are flush mounted to the front of the enclosure door. Motor starters, fuses, purge timer, Watlow Din-a-Mite SSR's etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet.
