60"W x 72"H x 96"L, Precision Quincy, Gas Fired Walk-In Oven, 500°F, Solvent Rated , Class A

Solvent rated oven with double doors on one end, each door has heavy gauge strap hinges and Brixon spring tension latches. Silicon rubber gaskets provide a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with an insulated floor and floor tracks. Floor tracks are 4" wide (2" for wheels) on 52" centers. Punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls. The 2 HP belt driven high volume circulating fan mounts through the rear wall and includes an Eclipse JIB package burner rated for 1,000,000 BTU's/Hr. located in a separate plenum. Heated air is circulated in a full horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. A powered exhaust fan is located on top of the oven. This oven is rated for solvents. Manual and drawings are included with this oven.

Controls are mounted and wired in a UL listed enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven. A Honeywell UDC digital temperature rature controller and two (2) Partlow 1163 digital high limits. Control switches with indicating lights for exhaust, recirculating fan, purge complete and burner on/off are flush mounted to the face of the enclosure. Eclipse flame safety, relays, motor starters, fuses, purge timer and relays etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet.
