Despatch Class A Oven with double doors, high temperature ceramic fiber gaskets and cam action door locks which provides a good door seal. Stainless steel interior with fourteen (14) shelf brackets on 3" centers, 12 shelves are included with this oven. Heating elements and direct driven circulating fan are located under the work area. Heated air is circulated horizontally across the work chamber for good uniform heating. Junction box with multi-point TC is mounted on the rear exterior wall. A modulating fresh air inlet is located on the left-hand side and a modulating powered exhauster is mounted on top of the oven. This oven is solvent rated with a Class A designation from the manufacturer. Explosion relief panel is located on top of the oven. Manual and drawings are included with this oven. Controls are mounted and wired in a UL rated control cabinet with disconnect attached to the right-hand side of the oven. There is a Despatch Protocol 3 digital control which operates as a dual functioning controller/high limit. This Protocol 3 provides three primary operating modes with the 1st being manual in which the oven operates continuously at fixed temperature until turned off. 2nd is timer mode in which oven operates at a fixed temperature for a specified time then shuts off. 3rd is profile mode in which temperature increases or decreases as defined by 255 segments with 64 ramp and soak profiles. Control switches for power on/off, heat on/off are flush mounted in the front panel. Button for over-temp alarm silence and alarm horn are flush mounted as well. Watllow Din-A- Mite SCR power controller for heating elements, high limit contactor, purge timer, motor starters, fuses etc. are also located inside the control cabinet.
