Description

Wisconsin Walk-In Oven with double doors on one end. Ceramic fiber door gaskets and "BRIXON" spring latches provide a good seal. Oven floor consists of 1/4" steel plate with cart tracks. Multiple roll-in carts are included with this oven. Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and ceiling. Eclipse AH150 package burner and 25 HP (21,000 CFM) circulating fan are located in a separate dog house the above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a full combination (vertical and horizontal) pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. There is a 3500 CFM, 2 HP modulated powered exhauster located on top of the oven. This oven has two (2) fresh air inlets, one 8" on the dog house and one 18" with modulation located on the right-hand side of the oven. Drawings are included with this oven. Oven was removed from service fully operational. Per the original equipment manufacturer, this oven has a 20 point TUS +/- 10°F @ 250°F and 500°F. TUS was conducted per AMS 2750E Class 2 Furnaces and Type D Instrumentation. See layout drawing for more details.


Controls are mounted and wired in a UL certified enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the right-hand side of the oven. Temperature control and high limit consists of digital Eurotherm 3504 and 3204. This oven also has a Eurotherm "Nanodac" paperless recorder. Oven is controlled through an Allen Bradley PLC w/PanelView Plus 600 HMI Touchscreen interface.
